The Colombo Black Friday Festival name, logo and associated branding may not be reproduced, modified or used commercially without prior written authorisation.

• Submission of an application does not guarantee participation.

• Approved vendors must comply with applicable participation agreements and operational guidelines.

Global Events reserves the right to approve or decline applications for legitimate business, operational or compliance reasons, subject to applicable law.

4. Stall Booking and Reservations

The website may provide a floor plan and allow vendors to select one or multiple exhibition stalls.

Stall availability, sizes and locations are subject to confirmation.

Submitting a stall booking request does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance from Global Events and completion of any applicable contractual or payment requirements.

Global Events may propose alternative stall arrangements where requested spaces are unavailable.

Any applicable booking charges, deposits, payment terms and cancellation conditions will be communicated separately in the relevant agreement or booking confirmation.

5. Exhibitor Responsibilities

​

Approved exhibitors are responsible for their own products, staff, displays and business operations.

Exhibitors must:

• Offer only lawful and approved products or services.

• Comply with applicable safety and venue requirements.

• Maintain clean, safe and professional stalls.

• Follow authorised setup and dismantling schedules.

• Avoid obstructing shared areas and emergency exits.

• Obtain any legally required permits or approvals.

Global Events may take appropriate action where exhibitors breach agreed participation conditions or applicable safety requirements.

6. Sponsorship and Partnerships

​

Businesses may submit sponsorship and partnership enquiries through the website.

All sponsorship opportunities are subject to availability, discussion and written agreement.

Submitting an enquiry does not establish an official partnership or guarantee promotional rights.

Festival branding, logos and other intellectual property may be used by sponsors or partners only with appropriate authorisation from Global Events.

The festival website does not itself provide an online product checkout unless such a service is expressly introduced.
